What is the best programming language to learn in 2019

JavaScript is technically scripting language but it does almost everything programing language do. It’s going to be the most popular language for next 5 years or more. JavaScript is the combination of Java, Scheme, and Smalltalk. (see also Node.js Electron, Jibo Robots).
